US Return & Exchange Policy

Unworn hair accessories in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Refunds/exchanges are not issued until the return has been received and inspected by us. We can only accept returns/exchanges purchased directly from oliveandshea.com. Orders from etsy.com or other suppliers cannot be returned. Your shipping fee is nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
