Thanks for shopping with CurleeMe! If you’re not happy with your purchase we can exchange unworn hair bows or return them for a full refund. All other products sold on our store cannot be returned or exchanged due to third party fulfillment.

US Return & Exchange Policy

Unworn hair bows in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Refunds/exchanges are not issued until the return has been received and inspected by us. We can only accept returns/exchanges purchased directly from curleememarketplace.com. Orders from etsy.com or other suppliers cannot be returned. Your $5 shipping fee is nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
